Shipment Policy

1. Shipping Coverage
We deliver Ready-to-Eat (RTE) meal products across Pakistan, including all major cities and regions. Delivery is subject to the service availability of our partner courier companies.

2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Orders placed after 11:40 PM will be processed the next working day.
In case of high demand or unforeseen delays, customers will be notified via email/SMS/WhatsApp.

3. Shipping Duration
Major Cities: 2–3 business days
Secondary Cities: 3–4 business days
Remote Areas: 4–5 business days
Note: Delivery timelines may vary during holidays, lockdowns, or extreme weather conditions.

4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on:
– Weight/size of the package
– Delivery location
– Courier company selected

5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS/WhatsApp. You can track your order directly from our website or through the courier partner’s tracking page.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available across Pakistan.
Please ensure availability to receive and pay for the order upon delivery.
Repeated refusals of COD deliveries may result in account restrictions.

7. Prepaid Orders
Prepaid ordering options shall be available soon.

8. Order Cancellation or Changes
Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.

9. Undelivered / Returned Shipments
If a shipment is returned due to:
– Incorrect address
– Customer unavailability
– Refusal to accept
A reshipping fee may apply. Refunds for prepaid orders (if eligible) will be processed after deduction of shipping charges.

10. Packaging & Safety
All meals are securely packed using food-grade, tamper-evident, and insulated packaging to maintain product safety and freshness.

11. Delivery Partner Responsibility
We work with reputed courier partners. However, we are not liable for delays, damages, or loss caused by third-party logistics. We will fully assist you in claim settlement or reshipment, as applicable.
